Our house is in a peaceful rural situation, surrounded by rolling farmland and yet only 10 minutes away from the attractive county town of Perth. Perth and the surrounding countryside have a wealth of history, sight seeing; golf, hiking, biking and you can stroll through any number of classic Scottish Castles. The town of Perth is regarded as the gateway to the Scottish Highlands, where one can sample the world famous brands of Scotch whisky and fish for the much prized Atlantic salmon.

We offer very comfortable B and B in two double bedded rooms one with shower and W.C. ensuite and the other with bath, shower and W.C. ensuite.Both rooms are provided with with television, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. We are very well situated for many places of interest, eating houses and sporting facilities and can supply all of the relevant information and offer help where needed.
